Frequently Asked Questions

The Wine Club includes a rotating selection of wines from our prestigious Estate Wineries: Inniskillin and Jackson-Triggs. You will also receive special feature wines from our other premium VQA brands. Wines are sent to your home or office each month.

As a Wine Club member, you will have an opportunity to try new wines conveniently delivered to your door, and have the chance to be part of Digital Transformation by providing important testing and feedback.

Members are able to select the club they want to belong to by wine type (Mixed, White, or Red). In each package, we will email a list of the proposed wine selection along with two alternate selections. Members can adjust their wine selections from this proposed list.

We hope that you will open the bottle or varietal that you don't think you like and be delightfully surprised! We try to send a wide variety of our premium VQA wines, showcasing the best Niagara has to offer in hopes that you will sample something new and discover new favourites. Wine also makes the perfect host/hostess gift so pass the bottle along to someone who will be able to enjoy it!

 

If you are finding you prefer red wines or prefer white wines, perhaps you might be interested in switching to a red or white only club for your next shipment. You can switch clubs by logging into your profile at https://winerack.com/my-account/my-wine-clubs/ and editing your club details. All club changes will be made effective your next shipment (including cancellations).

For the pilot, shipments have been set to 1 per month for each club. When the pilot ends and Wine Clubs are officially launched, we will be enabling clubs in a variety of frequencies like once a month, quarterly, or six shipments a year (holiday schedule).

Subscriptions are billed monthly for the pilot, and you can cancel at any time. You won't be billed as long as you cancel before your monthly order is shipped.

The Wine Club Pilot will feature premium Niagara VQA wines. We will do our best to offer you wines that are not sold in the LCBO, but the majority of the wines will be available at WineRack.com.

The current target date for the pilot launch is the week of March 6th, 2023.

Yes, you can. Please refer to the packing slip that you receive with each shipment when filing your expenses. Only the cost of the wine is eligible for reimbursement - shipping fees (if applicable, ie. Fedex Shipping Upgrade) are not eligible for rebate as "Employee Product Allowance".

For the duration of the pilot, we are only offering clubs that are billed monthly. Adding the option to prepay for specific durations is on the roadmap for a future release.
